1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of DXB Hub, an educational and community platform operated by Go Rival FZE. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

“Platform” refers to DXB Hub, including website, events, courses, and communication channels. “User” refers to any individual accessing or participating in DXB Hub. “Services” include courses, events, workshops, and community activities.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, subscribing, or participating in any activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

4. Eligibility

Users must comply with applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. By using the platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

5. Description of Services

DXB Hub provides:

  • Educational courses (subscription based)
  • Events and workshops (subscription or one-time access)
  • Community networking and knowledge sharing
  • DXB Hub does not act as a marketplace and does not sell third-party products.

6. Access Model

Users may access services through:

  • Subscription plans (recurring access to courses and selected events)
  • One-time event participation

A subscription does not guarantee access to all events, as capacity may be limited.

7. Payments and Fees

All payments are final. Prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise. DXB Hub is not VAT registered; therefore, VAT is not applied.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for:
Missed events
Partial attendance
Unused subscription periods

Refunds may only be considered if DXB Hub cancels a service and does not provide an alternative.

9. Event Participation

Access to events may require prior booking.
Spaces may be limited and allocated on a first-come basis.

DXB Hub reserves the right to:

  • Deny entry to fully booked events
  • Modify event format, timing, or speakers

10. User Conduct

Users agree to behave respectfully and professionally at all times.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Political or religious discussions
  • Harassment or discrimination
  • Spam or unsolicited promotion
  • Disruptive behavior

DXB Hub reserves the right to remove any user without refund for violations.

11. Community Guidelines

DXB Hub operates multiple communication channels, including WhatsApp groups.

Users agree:

  • Not to send unsolicited direct messages
  • To use groups according to their purpose
  • To respect all members

DXB Hub may moderate, restrict, or remove access at its sole discretion.

12. Intellectual Property

All content provided remains the property of DXB Hub or its instructors.

Users may:
Use content for personal and educational purposes

Users may not:
Resell or commercially distribute content
Present content as their own

13. Recording Policy

Users are permitted to record sessions for personal use only.
Commercial use or redistribution of recordings is strictly prohibited.

14. Events and Liability Waiver

By attending events, users acknowledge that participation is at their own risk.
DXB Hub is not responsible for:

  • Personal injury
  • Loss or damage of belongings
  • Issues related to event venues

15. No Guarantees

DXB Hub provides educational and community services only.
We do not guarantee:

  • Business success
  • Employment outcomes
  • Financial results

16. Third-Party Venues and Services

Events may take place in third-party venues. DXB Hub is not responsible for the actions, services, or conditions of such venues.

17. Data Protection and Privacy

DXB Hub may collect user data including name and phone number.
User data may be used for:

  •  Community access (e.g. WhatsApp groups)
  • Platform communication

DXB Hub does not sell or share user data with third parties.

18. Marketing Communication

Users may be added to community communication channels.
No unsolicited direct marketing messages will be sent without consent.

19. Modifications to Services

DXB Hub reserves the right to:

  • Modify services
  • Change pricing
  • Update content and structure

20. Termination and Suspension

DXB Hub may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

22. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

23. Force Majeure

DXB Hub is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control.

24. Media and Photography Consent

By attending DXB Hub events, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured during events.

You grant DXB Hub (operated by Go Rival FZE) the right to:

  • Use, reproduce, and publish such media
  • Share content on websites, social media, and promotional materials
  • This usage is for marketing, educational, and community purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in any media:

You must notify DXB Hub in advance or inform event organizers on-site

DXB Hub will make reasonable efforts to respect such requests but cannot guarantee complete exclusion from all recordings.

26. Online Store and Merchandise

DXB Hub may offer branded merchandise and lifestyle products including apparel, mugs, caps, and related items through its online store.

All products are intended for personal use only and may not be resold without written permission from DXB Hub.

Product availability may change at any time without notice.

27. Orders and Payment

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation through approved payment providers.

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Ziina.

DXB Hub does not directly store full payment card information.

Prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated.

DXB Hub is currently not VAT registered; therefore, VAT is not applied to orders unless required by applicable UAE law in the future.

28. Production and Fulfillment

Certain products are produced through print-on-demand or third-party fulfillment partners.

By placing an order, users acknowledge that:

  • Production begins after payment confirmation
  • Minor variations in color, print placement, or sizing may occur
  • Product appearance may slightly differ from digital previews or screens

DXB Hub makes reasonable efforts to ensure product quality and accurate presentation.

29. Shipping and Delivery

DXB Hub currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates only.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules, courier operations, public holidays, or circumstances outside DXB Hub’s control.

DXB Hub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.

Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

30. Returns and Damaged Items

Due to the custom and print-on-demand nature of products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted.

However, users may contact DXB Hub through the official WhatsApp support number if:

  • The wrong product was received
  • The item arrives damaged
  • The order contains a production defect

Requests should be submitted within a reasonable period after delivery together with supporting photos where applicable.

DXB Hub reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where justified.

31. Intellectual Property for Merchandise

All merchandise designs, branding, graphics, slogans, and creative materials were gained from inspirationf from DXBHUB events and remain the intellectual property of DXB Hub or its respective creators.

Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use any designs without written permission.

32. Limitation of Liability for Store Purchases

DXB Hub shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Delivery delays caused by third parties
  • Minor production variations
  • User dissatisfaction related to subjective preferences such as fit or color perception

DXB Hub’s liability for any store-related claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
